Why the $500 fine for littering sign?

Why not make it $25-a-pop(-can,) -- whatever resembles real recompense -- and actually enforce it?

i wasn't familiar with Singapore's reputation as a "fine" city/state, lastlife; thanks for your comments...

i see these sorts of signs around here occasionally, but have never heard of anyone actually being held responsible -- and just a look at the ground around is proof.

no biggie. i'm quite sure singapore's well-earned reputation for ruling with an iron fist (or in this case, a cane) in the early 90's overshadows almost everythin else they have to offer now.

or maybe not. but what do i care... that place is as good as a finely groomed cheerleader with the boring ability to imitate other bimbos, and holds too lil' substance of its own to make a true standing in this world we call home.

omg i just ran my mouth there....

perhaps it's high time you give the city council of cleveland a visit ? whoever said playin the devil's advocate is no fun ;)
